A familiar scene
You bought a dog bed. Checked the fabric, picked the right size and found a cosy corner. Your iggy inspected the arrangement, then became a small comma on your own blanket. Front paws disappeared, the nose nearly met the tail and the free space on the sofa shrank mysteriously. That is our “shrimp”: not a breed name, just an accurate sketch of home life.
Why curl up?
Many dogs enjoy a curled position that feels comfortable and helps conserve warmth. With an Italian Greyhound’s short coat, the appeal of a soft, warm place makes sense. But a pose is not a medical diagnosis or a coded breed message. A comfortable dog changes positions and looks relaxed. If your dog suddenly lies in an unusual way, reacts painfully to touch or stops moving normally, put the camera down and speak to a veterinarian.
How it became our name
“Levretka Krevetka” sounds like a joke someone made at home and never wanted to let go. We like that it holds both sides of the dog: an elegant sighthound outdoors and a cosy little bundle on the sofa. So we make clothes for movement and tell stories with warmth. A useful suit should handle the walk; a good blanket can wait for the return.

That is why these pictures get shared: the comedy is recognisable even to people without an iggy. If the dog is cold or uncomfortable right now, straighten the blanket and resting place first.
